Why should I study Spanish at CLIC Málaga?

At CLIC Málaga you are right in the center of Málaga. Located on a quiet street, the school building was completely renovated in 2018. In eight modern rooms, you'll learn Spanish from native speakers who are academically and well trained in teaching Spanish as a foreign language.

Just like the partner schools in Seville and Cadiz, CLIC Málaga features a particularly lively cultural program. The staff regularly gets creative and offers you exciting activities. Guided tours of the city, beach volleyball tournaments or meals together often create a family atmosphere and make you feel well taken care of.

Location of CLIC Málaga

From the school building, all sights and accommodations are within easy reach. Located in the city center, many shopping centers and museums are just a short walk from CLIC Málaga. It takes you 20 minutes walking distance to the port or the beach, and only 5 minutes to the Picasso Museum or the Basílica de la Encarnación's Cathedral.

Getting around Málaga is easy, as the airport is connected to the city center by metro or bus. It takes 15 minutes to get to the center. Since the student residences are also located in the city center and the host families usually live only 20 minutes away from CLIC Málaga, you will not be traveling long distances to your temporary home.

Facilities at CLIC Málaga

CLIC Málaga is located on the second floor of a four-story townhouse. The eight classrooms are modern and functional. Lessons are supported by interactive whiteboards and, in some cases, by the use of TV sets. The school is taken care to provide enough desk space for each student. The elevator, wide doors and level access to all rooms make CLIC Málaga accessible to wheelchair users.

A coffee machine is available in the common room. Those who want to use the Internet and do not want to log on to the free W-Lan with their own device can use one of the PCs at the language school. The building is fully air-conditioned.

Courses offered by CLIC Málaga

The language school offers both morning and afternoon Spanish courses. In a Standard Spanish course you will usually have classes in the morning and can spend the afternoon sightseeing or at the beach. With the option Power language course, classes continue after a lunch break. Both types of courses can be combined with private lessons with a private teacher. This is recommended if you know exactly which topics or vocabulary you want to work on.

Your Spanish lessons will be most intensive if you take private lessons with a teacher and also live with him or her in the house. CLIC Málaga offers classes in the teacher's home at any time of the year.

Several times a year you can also take a preparation course for the DELE exam at the school. After the standard course in the morning, typical tasks of the DELE exam are discussed and answer strategies are taught.

CLIC Málaga also organizes a successful Spanish 50+ program which, in addition to the Spanish course, includes a leisure program for students over 50 years of age.

The team at CLIC Málaga always has tips and ideas about what you must see or where there is something going on at this beautiful city. They also organize city tours, sports activities or excursions to museums or other cities. Marbella, for example, can be reached in just one hour from Málaga. You can let yourself be carried away by the leisure program on offer, or you can explore the city and its surroundings on your own.
