The use of upper and lower case letters
The use of capital letters, the rules and the proper use of them are important to keep in mind while writing in English. Like other languages, in English, the first letter that starts a paragraph begin with a capital letter and most of the rest of the words are written in lowercase, but there are some exceptions to this rule and some examples could be found in the following table:

Singular and plural nouns in English
